FACILITY- UND TECHNIK-SUPPORT MITARBEITER*IN (m/w/d)
Standort: Potsdam
Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Durchführung von kleineren Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten (Bsp. Austausch Leuchtmittel, Anbringen von Schildern, etc.).
- Koordination mit externen Dienstleistern für spezifische technische Wartungs- und Reparaturarbeiten.
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Sicherheits- und Umweltstandards innerhalb des Gebäudes.
- Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Technik- und Facility Projekten und Verbesserungen.
- 1st-Level-IT-Support, einschließlich Hard- und Softwareinstallation (Apple Mac), Einrichtung und Anschluss von Rechnern, Integration ins Netzwerk in Zusammenarbeit mit unserem IT-Team und Basic Microsoft 365-Support.
- Pflege des Ticketing-Systems zur - Dokumentation und Nachverfolgung von Support-Anfragen.
Das bringst du mit:
- Du bist handwerklich begabt.
- Du hast grundlegende Kenntnisse von IT-Hard- und Software (Microsoft 365 Kenntnisse sind ein Plus).
- Du verfügst über Kenntnisse im Umgang mit Mac (Windows / Linux sind ein Plus).
- Für dich ist ein Arbeitsstil mit hoher Eigeninitiative und selbstständiger Erarbeitung von Lösungen sowie deren Umsetzung selbstverständlich.
- Du bringst Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit sowie eine ausgeprägte Hands on Mentalität mit.
- Ein freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Umgang mit Kollegen und Kunden zeichnet dich aus.

Deine Aufgaben umfassen:
- Selbständige Planung, Organisation und Überwachung unserer Bild- und Ton- Postproduktionsprojekte über den gesamten Herstellungsprozess bis hin zur Auslieferung
- Koordination und fachliche Leitung des Projektes und projektbeteiligten Mitarbeiter
- Fachgerechte Kommunikation mit den Kunden einschließlich Trouble Management
- Technische und methodische Beratung sowie Unterstützung der Kunden bei der
- Erstellung von Postproduktions-Workflows
- Wirtschaftliche, zeitliche und inhaltliche Steuerung deiner Projekte
- Vertragsverhandlungen mit Freelancern und Dienstleistern
- Mitwirkung bei der Weiterentwicklung der internen Prozesse und Workflows der Postproduktion
Das bringst du mit:
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Fach- oder Hochschulausbildung im Medienbereich oder fundierte, mindestens dreijährige Berufserfahrung in der Film-Postproduktion mit Verantwortung für Planung und Umsetzung von Projekten
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Projektcontrolling und in der Projektbudgetierung einschließlich der Erfahrung in der Kalkulation und Abrechnung von Filmprojekten
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Projektmanagement
- Gute Kenntnisse im technischen Bereich der Filmbearbeitung
- Erfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement
- Sehr hohe soziale Kompetenz, Eigeninitiative, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit bei gleichzeitiger Durchsetzungsfähigkeit
- Diplomatisches Geschick im Umgang und in der Kommunikation mit Kunden
- Bereitschaft zur Weiterbildung und eigenständigen Einarbeitung in neue Themen
- verhandlungssicheres Englisch und Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil

The sound designers and editors at Rotor Film not only collaborate with filmmakers to create a tailored sonic world for each film but are also able to tell a story that the picture alone couldn’t convey. ADR RECORDING We fight for every line of production sound, as it carries the unique performance of the actors on location. Always. However, when a line or scene doesn’t meet the project’s demands in terms of performance, clarity, or meaning, Rotor Film’s experienced ADR team is ready to deliver outstanding ADR recordings that are sonically indistinguishable from the original. FOLEY RECORDING The art and craft of Foley are essential components of every Rotor Film soundtrack. We record in a large studio with open acoustics, which is part of the historic UFA building structure, and collaborate with a network of excellent German Foley artists. MIXING Rotor Film has three mixing stages specifically designed for 3D audio. As the producer of the first German theatrical release in Dolby Atmos (Lost Place, 2013), Rotor Film is at the forefront of innovations in 3D audio. Our award-winning re-recording mixers are innovative, content-driven creatives who consistently go above and beyond to get the most out of every soundtrack. ++IMAGE++ -------------------------------------------------- CONFORMING Our highly qualified and experienced DI engineers professionally transform artistic visions from picture editing, VFX, and titles into color grading. COLOR GRADING Our color grading suites offer 2K and 4K DCI projection as well as a reliable Filmlight Baselight ONE and TWO architecture. They can also be paired with the Sony reference monitor BVM-HX310, an industry standard for HLG, HDR10, and Dolby Vision. We collaborate with the best colorists to bring all creative visions to life. MASTERING Rotor Film’s Transfer and QC department provides everything from audio and video format transcoding and conversion to repackaging and renaming assets, as well as delivery according to custom specifications. Additionally, we check the material for compliance with technical specifications and for the integrity of audio and video. EDITING ASSISTANCE We believe that time, space, technology, and talent must work in harmony to enable a creative process and transform raw material into a film. Our proven editing suites in Berlin, state-of-the-art Avid systems, centralized NEXIS storage for seamless collaboration, as well as experienced assistants and picture editors all play a crucial role in ensuring the best experience. |
