The character actress has appeared on stage in many cities in Germany. Among others in Hof, Coburg, Bremerhaven, Trier, Cologne, Düsseldorf and Munich. Important roles included Käthchen in Shakespeare's comedy "The Taming of the Shrew", Clytemnestra in Aeschylus' "Oresteia", and Susanne in Botho Strauss's "Trilogy of Reunion".
From 1991 to 2002 she appeared in numerous TV productions.
From 1997 to 2016, as an actor in the Swabian State Theater, she significantly influenced the artistic style of the house. Her embodiments of Medea in Hans Henny Jahn's version of the ancient material, Faust in the second part of Goethe's drama, Elisabeth in Friedrich Schiller's "Maria Stuart", the character named Mund in Samuel Beckett's "Not I", Claire Zachanassian in the "Visit of the Old Lady" by Friedrich Dürrenmatt. A new theater genre emerged in Memmingen, the heavy metal opera. As its singer, Joséphine Weyers thrilled her audience in the musical theater dramas "Klytaimnestra", "Hel", "Lilith" and Singer " Prometheus Brain Project". As a chansonette, she resurrected the legendary artists Hildegard Knef and Zarah Leander.
In 1999, in addition to her work as an actress, she took over the public relations office at the Schwaben State Theater, which included the departments for press relations, scheduling, theater education, marketing and sponsorship.
Joséphine Weyers was now a member of the management team. As such, she was also responsible for organizing the 24th Bavarian Theater Days, the 15th State Theater Days and the 4th Bavarian Youth Club Meeting. Under her responsibility, numerous social projects were created that served as models nationwide.
Together with her husband Walter Weyers, she gave seminars and workshops for managers and people in positions of responsibility. The seminars took place at the DaimlerChrysler AG Training Center, the MAN Academy and at Management Schloss Lautrach
