Deux mots sur Manuel Liebscher
Manuel Liebscher was born in Eastern Belgium.
After a design apprenticeship, he studied drawing, animation and dramaturgy at the "Institut Supérieur des Arts St.-Luc de Liège". For several years he worked for production companies in Cologne, Munich and Berlin. Afterwards he made his first short feature and discovered his passion for directing.
Back in Belgium, he spent nearly a decade working as a videographer, photographer and digital film editor at an audiovisual media enterprise, next to the German border.
From 2019 to 2023 he studied film directing at the International Film School in Cologne.
