The billionaire Nerio Winch has been found drowned. Clearly a suspicious death when we know that Winch was the founder and major shareholder of the powerful and far-reaching Group W. Who will inherit this economic empire? Officially, Nerio had no family. But he hid a secret: a son, Largo, adopted almost thirty years earlier in a Bosnian orphanage. The only problem: the young heir has just been thrown into prison deep in the heart of the Amazon. Accused of drug trafficking, he claims his innocence. Nerio murdered. Largo imprisoned.
