Lorène Maréchal, a young penniless orphan, who is looking for her real dad, comes to arrive to the life of three rich Parisian families, the Cipriani, the Saint-Faye and the Kervadec.
Those three families share an Empire: Carialis, a ship owner company, run without scruples but with success.
