Anderer Herbst

„Anderer Herbst“ ist zuerst mal ein Film, wie ein Lied ein Lied ist und ein Gedicht ein Gedicht. Darin folgt der Rest: ein Gefühl – das Gefühl des Verlustes; eine Geschichte – die eines Menschen; die Form – eine Montage von Spuren; und Politik – Schauplatz Osteuropa.

First of all, „the other autumn“ is a film in the same way a song is a song and a poem is a poem.
From this, everything follows: a feeling – the feeling of loss; a story – that of a person; the form - a montage of traces; and politics – the scene being Eastern Europe.
