A Hidden Gem - The Ceramic Art School in Mukono, Uganda (AT)

The little pottery on the missionary station in Mukono is a hidden gem for the world, but well-known in Uganda. When she retired, the dedicated pottery artist Carola from Austria brought the pottery to life. It is a place of hope for many young Ugandans as it is one of the few vocational trainings in the country. And it has become a huge success, not only has the pottery gained a name in the art world, it has encouraged young Ugandans to express themselves.
