Brief synopsis

With stunning wildlife cinematography, this family-friendly film follows an alpha she-wolf living in the heart of the Alps. With the help of her mate and pack, she raises her young to become powerful hunters, but when tragedy hits, she must flee the pack and travel through the mountains alone in search of new territory. She sets off, pregnant and vulnerable in her perilous quest. On the way, she gives birth to six cubs and in order to protect them, must fight off predators and outsmart predicaments. This dramatized story of a lone mother pushed to the edge of survival is shot like a documentary — offering a look into the life and challenges of the wolf population in Europe.
