Tom and Nina have been divorced for seven years and they’ve never been in touch since. However, one evening, while Tom dines in a restaurant with Ariane, his fiancée, discussing their future marriage, Nina reappears, exhausted, broke, seven-and-a-half-months pregnant and dumped by the father of her future child. She has nowhere to go, and Tom is obliged to put her up. As if Nina wasn’t trouble enough, Tom also has to contend with her rather unusual friends, particularly Marie-Pierre, a psychiatrist who employs rather strange methods.
