Brief synopsis
"What is Wilderness?" shows that the greatest biodiversity exists where large grazing animals are part of the habitat. Since domestic animals can perform the same "ecosystem engineering" services as wild animals, there is a great opportunity in near-natural grazing for biodiversity, animal welfare, climate, and the landscape in which we live.
