    About Emilie Girardin

    Emilie Girardin (1991) graduated in directing at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hamburg (HfMT) in 2018. Since then she has been working as a freelance theater director, filmmaker and producer for theater and film in Hamburg, Barcelona and Katowice. She wrote, directed and produced a feature-length fiction-documentary film "The Last To Leave Are The Cranes", awarded at the Cerdanya International Film Festival in 2020 and nominated the same year in the Oficial Selection of the Rizoma Festival. Currently, she is in post-production of her second feature film "One dances, the Other doesn't".
