Brief synopsis

The film tells the exciting story of the rivalry between two composers who decisively shaped 20th century music and views on music. Both believed they had found the answer - Schoenberg with the brooding twelve-tone technique he had developed, which met with little success with the public, Stravinsky with a more eclectic approach to composition that cleverly combined the best of music history and was marketed highly successfully under the label of neoclassicism.
