Der Tod der Stille

Death lives a life of solitude, without hustle and bustle, but also without rest, he collects the souls of deceased people. In doing so, he exists in a shadow world, time passes much faster for him, he hardly notices the living around him. But when he collects a soul in the hospital, his attention falls on a young woman in a coma. Motionless as she is, he takes a liking to her. He decides to take her with him to the netherworld. The young woman tries to interact with Death, but fails because Death cannot speak or perceive human voices. Slowly she despairs and feels increasingly imprisoned. She wants to return to her own world, even if the outcome of her fate there is uncertain.
