Companies are desperately seeking skilled workers and trainees. Nevertheless, around 40,000 apprenticeships remain unfilled across Germany, and the number of applicants is falling. Companies have to come up with something to find suitable applicants.
That's why we, as a content agency, have produced a commercial for regional cinemas - on behalf of Reloga. The recruiting video shows the fascination for the profession of a professional driver with real employees of the company as the main characters. The recruiting commercial ran in regional cinemas in order to appeal emotionally to a broad audience: whether 17-year-olds looking for an apprenticeship or parents getting an idea of which profession makes sense for young adults.
