Brief synopsis
POOL-PARTY (AT, 5 min, drama/comedy) is a short film about a 15-year-old girl who can only find flaws in her appearance. During a long-dreaded visit at the swimming pool, she is suddenly confronted with a group of seniors doing aqua-jogging. The ladies' bodies, marked by life, make her rethink her relationship to her own body. Honest, up close and affectionate, the film is intended to address society's unrealistic demands young bodies and to communicate with a generation from which we can learn quite a lot.
