Rapture

June in Paris. Paula lives with her father in convalescence. At eleven, she’s lonely, school bores her and she has only one friend: Achille. Summer arrives and the father decides to take his daughter to a small, pretty house on a lake banks . But summer passes and they don’t come home. Their way of life becomes more and more bitter and harsher, espousing an educational ideal that becomes more and more extreme every day. Paula join her own resistance, under the loving but intensely suffocating father’s eye.
