There are about six thousand unaccompanied foreign minors legally registered in Italy, and we can only guess there's at least as many unknown ones. Social politics in the province of Bolzano try to restrict the problem by working with these minors, who arrive from nearby countries like Albania, through a repatriation project. But it's no easy task trying to convince someone to return home, who has left for the dream of finding a job and a better lifestyle. These kids, often about 15 or 16 years old, have left everything for their journey, they got out of their families, their land, their youth. It's very difficult to convince them to get out of something once more
