It is the year 2037. Our world is dying. Not a single child has been born in 20 years. A virus caused by the global implantation of medical ID chips, overseen by the world's most powerful corporation, has rendered mankind infertile.
Two scientists, experimenting with teleportation, stumble upon time travel. The possibility of traveling back in time - to a period before the population was implanted with the ID chips - brings forth the possibility they can alter the future (ie - the present) and save mankind from extinction.
But saving mankind is never easy. The Butterfly Effect is the supreme wild card and it's a serious consideration. Changes made to the past will cause a ripple, and may not have the desired effect upon the future.
