Dr Martha Elliot (Suranne Jones) heads up the General Practice at 195 Harley Street. Martha has drafted in the brilliant Dr Robert Fielding (Paul Nicholls), who moonlights at the local A&E department. Dr Ekkow Obiang (Shaun Parkes) combines his general practice with cosmetic surgery and Nurse Annie Harker (Kim Medcalf) provides smooth management.
Together the team handle difficult and life threatening cases, made more traumatic since their patients are often known and trusted friends. They rely on each other completely for mutual support.
