My name is Alexandra Teslenko, Im a film director, producer, and mother ( I have two little children). 9 years ago my husband and I founded Contrabas video production. Our company has been making movies and ads for big companies in Ukraine and Europe . 4 years ago we opened a big movie pavilion in the centre of Ukraine, Dnipro city. Contrabas video production aims to develop the film industry and film culture in the central part of Ukraine. Our team has completed a social project devoted to the problem of early marriages with Oscar-winning actress Helen Mirren. Our company's projects have been covered both by Ukrainian and international mass media, including international magazine 'The Hollywood Reporter'. Our projects have participated and won in international and Ukrainian festivals and contests. In addition to our own projects, we offer local production services to our partners. My mission was to invite all the world's producers to shoot in our country. Recently russia started a war against Ukraine on our territory.
But now. My pavilion closed. All projects in Ukraine have been canceled. And I must looking for a job in Europe. I'm looking for any job on the site. I love shooting ads and movies. Its my life. My friends and I are writing scripts about the war in Ukraine. Movies are my weapons and voice.
