Andrea Risso

I am a creative professional in the world of the audio-visual industry through and through. With a solid technical background in the audio and video industry, I have held various roles both as a freelancer and employee, allowing me to easily adapt to new environments and work well in a team.

Telling stories with sound and images is part of my DNA and I am comfortable working on set as well as in post-production.

My main passion is the world of sound, with a particular focus on sound design, mixing, recording and post-production. As a video maker, I have created content and advertising campaigns for the web, social media videos in both vertical and horizontal formats, corporate videos, live streaming of concerts, documentaries and short films. As a sound engineer, I have done FoH, monitor, live recording and streaming, mixing and recording for dozens of international artists in the jazz and fusion scene.

In my free time, I like to immerse myself in nature, doing sports such as trekking, climbing and diving.

I am a pizza lover and every week I experiment with new recipes and variations, from "pizza al padellino” to "scrocchiarella” and high-hydration pan pizzas!

I am a born traveller and love to immerse myself in other cultures, study languages (I am currently fluent in three) and listen to everything the world has to offer!
