Brief synopsis
Holger F. is in his mid-fifties when he finally starts a new life after the death of his mother.
In his first, own apartment he blossoms. After all these years he knows who he is, he stands by himself and is proud to be a gay man.
Then Tim unexpectedly comes into his life. The two fall in love. The age difference of 20 years does not matter. Then Michael, Holger's ex-boyfriend, shows up and wants him back. Holger has moved on and Michael no longer has a chance.
Nevertheless, Holger separates from Tim. The life goals of the two do not fit together. Both live your life further, remain friendly connected. Love just as it can happen at any time, in any place, anywhere in the world.
