    Brief synopsis

Philippe Tardieu lives with his mother, Christine, and two sisters, Sophie and Patricia, in a house in the suburbs of Nantes. He’s a salesman with a building firm. Christine does hairdressing work at home to earn some spare change. Sophie, the eldest sister, is getting married to Jacky. As for Patricia, the youngest sister, she tries as best she can to escape she's not sure what.
Philippe meets Senta at his sister’s wedding. She’s Jacky’s cousin and one of the bridesmaids. From then on, this reasonable man succumbs to crazy passion. This would be fine if it weren't for the fact that Senta isn't exactly a woman like any other.
But Senta leads Philippe into a world where all his bearings slowly disappear. Is Senta lying when she says that she’s an actress, or when she insists that, to be fully alive, you must plant a tree, write a poem and make love with someone of the same sex?
And lastly, is she lying when she says with a smile that to prove your love, you must also kill someone?
