The German actor and cabaret artist Wolfgang Bahro is best known for his role as scheming lawyer Hans-Joachim Gerner in the soap GZSZ.
He is a soap veteran: Wolfgang Bahro is the only actor to have been involved since the early days of "Good Times, Bad Times". In 2013, the soap opera actor even entered his 20-year serial anniversary on his profile - as long as Wolfgang Bahro, no actor has ever stood up to the soap.
But even though he is known and loved by the German TV audience for his role as GZSZ lawyer Jo Gerner, Wolfgang Bahro has a lot of other film and series engagements to show. For example, he began his career in the late 1970s and early 1980s with television films such as "Seduction", "In the Morning Wind" or "The Man on the Wall". And Wolfgang Bahro celebrates his first successes in 1989 with the ZDF comedy show "Die Didi-Show", in which he slips into a variety of sketch roles. During his involvement in "Good Times, Bad Times," the actor appears in several other television series, including "Schloss Einstein", "Soko 5113", "A Bavarian on Rügen" or "Dandelion".
In addition to his numerous television roles Wolfgang Bahro but also still operates elsewhere: The actor is repeatedly on the theater stage, touring at times with its own cabaret program in Germany and takes over in various radio plays a speaker role. Even some album releases are on his Vita. Still, as a serial villain at GZSZ, Wolfgang Bahro still seems to feel most comfortable. His last role was last year the famous comedian Charles Chaplin, which he played with great success.
