Brief synopsis

The tale of the wind wheel follows two travelers who visit it at different times: Once a wanderer strays to its early, wooden form in the folkloric past of medieval windmills. The other time, a journalist flees to it in the face of the great energy transition, when it has already grown into its lonely form of an electrical machine. Both visitors will remain there from now on. Along the way, they show a new insight into wind power and divide the plot into a documentary and an imaginary part, which only merge again in the turbine. The starting point of the film is the appearance of an unknown wind wheel, which inflames a political agenda around a new rotor shape. The transformation of the wind wheel continues! It tells its story through the visit of two people.
