Brief synopsis
For the ZDF/ arte five-part film RUSSIA'S HORSES, we travelled through the breathtakingly beautiful and extremely diverse landscapes of Russia and met people from the extremely diverse Russian peoples. Our central theme was horses, because no other animal provides mankind with such a wide range of services as the horse. By talking about horses, we also provide a deep insight into several hundred years of Russian history and the lives of Russians today.
