Radical Move

The rhythm of life in modern civilization is characterized by speed, tension, a sense of danger, a variety of roles and masks. The protagonists seek to transcend all this in order to experience that which is truly real, to unveil themselves. The theater group, in continuing the work of Jerzy Grotowski, recognized as the greatest theatrical revolutionary of the 20th century, goes beyond human limits. Their work has been shrouded in mystery. It’s based on rigorous artistic practices. Ancient traditional songs are their tool for self-transcendence. Between the desire to believe and the fear that it’s all a deception, the artists devote themselves to the work. In such work, however, it is easy to overstep a person's bounds. The structure of the group, with the leader at the head is dangerous, risking abuse of power and violence. Radical Move is the story of the human desire to go beyond the body, and about disillusionment.
