| Education | After twenty years working as an educator of young children (in homes for foster children, in daycare centers), I decided in 2015 to retrain to try the adventure of cinema. Having trained as an editor, I learned my skills within various Strasbourg production companies, and at the same time began writing my first projects. After a few self-produced films, comes in 2021 my first short film "13, rue d'Amsterdam" (HLM short film winner 2020, pre-purchase of OCS), then in 2022, "Ma Saudade" (Trio de la Maison residency winner du Film, Saint-Quirin writing residency). Currently working on the writing of an upcoming short but also on a feature film project (having obtained genre film writing assistance from the Grand-Est region), my universe is undeniably marked by my an educational journey which, each time, leads me to imagine characters and themes around thwarted childhood, its hopes and its losses. This dual role of author-director and educator allows me today to effectively support children during their work as actors on film sets, thanks to my human qualities, my enthusiasm and my great ability to understand them. and create a bond of trust with them. |
