Maria Bruni

Maria was born in 1987 in Mariupol in Ukraine. She grew up in a very creative family. Her mother is an artist. Her father is a worker and also a singer who sings in chorus church. In 2004 Maria started studying arts in Mariupol lyceum and planned to become a singer. But she couldn't really decide to become a singer exclusively, because she also started acting in high school at young actors studio lead by Kostiantyn Dobrunov, the chief director of Mariupol academic theatre.
After her studies in theatre studio she entered Kyiv National Karpenko-Kariy University of cinema, theatre and television, where she studied for TV presenter at Pavlo Bogdan class. After graduation from the university she started to work as an actress at Kyiv Academic Youth Theatre (from 2009 to 2017) and later at Odessa drama and comedy theatre of Vasil Vasilko and Whild Theatre Kyiv. Except shooting in movies she started working as a screenwriter and author of documentary projects on TV in 2018. Also she started teaching as a professor in Kyiv Modern Knowledge University in 2020.
