Brief synopsis

The extraordinary spatial experience in a reconstructed tower is combined with a media production and an interactive 360° presentation to create an impressive experience. In five acts, the orientation, values, target groups, history, strategies and sense of responsibility of the Lufthansa Group are presented through a single training medium in a didactic-psychological concept. In this way, 25,000 employees and managers from 160 nations will be trained in the coming years. The films, shot with 360° special cameras, are supplemented by graphics and 3D animations. Real images and real sound ensure emotionality and depth. High-performance beamers project data volumes of over ten terabytes onto the interior walls of the tower, while three control consoles in the tower ensure interaction during the presentation. The 360° projection was awarded the BOB - Best of Business to Business with silver and the IF communication design award in 2009, the Intermedia-Globe in gold at the World Media Festival in Hamburg in 2010 and the Design Award of the Federal Republic of Germany in gold in 2011.
