Brief synopsis
Elaine is able to use a photograph to bring a foreign town that has been hit by a coup back from a state of emergency. While trying to deliver the photo, she meets several conflicted characters and the bar owner German, building a cat-and-mouse game that blurs the line between friend and foe.
