Just when successful scientist Mona has a brilliant idea on how to revolutionize the cyborg she has been developing for years, she is fired and her product is pulled from the market for being too buggy. She doesn't want to accept that. She breaks into her research lab with the help of her friend and neuroscientist Erika in a final, daring experiment to help the machine develop emotions and consciousness.
