Cosmic Dance, produced for the Canadian Museum of Hindu Civilization in Toronto, is an Immersive Cinema docufiction film with documentary content, real shot scenes and Bollywoodesque dances. It shows the parallels between ancient Indian knowledge and modern science.
Impressive images shot in India, Canada and Europe immerse the viewer into a cosmic dance of becoming and passing. Leela (Pooja Salvi), a young Indian woman studying physics in Toronto, finds amazing correspondences of modern quantum and astrophysics with Hindu knowledge and ancient Indian Vedic cosmology.
Traveling through India, Leela learns, in dialogue with international scientists and teachers, that all of nature and all of life are interconnected. Matter and spirit are not separate, love connects the entire universe, divine energy is within each of us. Hinduism, modern science and universal thinking are not a contradiction but a reality.
