SYNOPSIS
A courageous freestyle rapper faces his opponent in a battle of words during a seemingly hopeless rap battle.
A mysterious Wanderer is approaching Germany. His path is broadcast on TV, live, 24 hours a day.
The single parent Rolf, a policeman, is slowly losing control of his children, his work and himself.
Frank is fired from his management position and is let down by his bank. This means a total decline for himself and his family. Consequently, a bank robbery is planned.
Both families are heading towards their doom. The parents do not talk to their children and the children shut themselves off from their parents.
Sven, a perverted salesperson, blackmails Rolf‘s daughter, Julia to engage in sexual games.
Every step takes the Wanderer closer to the border to Germany.
The significance of the Wanderer is not clear.
The only clear thing is that, the closer he gets, the worse things get for both families.

A mid-sized city in Germany.
People are frustrated and gloomy. There are too many unemployed people and stocks are losing their value.
Living and dying is becoming increasingly expensive. People that own property are glad about it and live in constant concern of having to give it away. With every year, the quality of television programmes, the Academy Awards, politics, communication and everyday life deteriorates. This nation without character is held together by special offers appealing to greed, cheap exhibitionism, war, terrorism and football.

What is the use of a German Pope or the Dalai Lama, if the majority of their followers are damaged beyond repair by the media and consumption? This expensive piece of land in Europe lacks a vision and the trust in a goal. Everybody believes that their counterpart merely wants to feather his or her own nest. Suspicion and isolation prevail. This country is doomed. Whatever happens within it is insignifi cant and only interests the mass media, if it adheres to the code of depression or the spectacle of idiocy.

It is incredible that people with feelings can live here. Few see the damage and either they or others suffer great agony. It doesn’t matter where you look, the horror can be seen everywhere. The forces of lethargy, greed and fear have given birth to their children. Soon, all feelings will turn to BLACK and hope will fall to ZERO.
