Brief synopsis

Marie-Galante island in Guadeloupe.
The party celebrating the mayor’s birthday is in full swing. Horace St. Rose’s wife Lucia and his two sons Manuel the doc and Freddy the artist, along with all his friends, are there.
Two days later, while on a trip to Paris, Lucia is kidnapped.
Horace is astonished to learn that his wife will be released only if he turns over some of the island’s terrain for the construction of an enormous building complex.
The St. Rose family arrive en masse in Paris. It’s there that a man, Gertrude Boisec – former agent of the security services – will mobilize the city’s French Caribbean community in order to save this family in distress. Commandant Herman, responsible for heading the investigation, discovers a community ready to rise up in a surge of ethnic solidarity. But the clock is ticking: our heroes only have three days to find Lucia.
Picture a million-strong search party combing the city for one missing lady!
