Brief synopsis

„Sternstunde Null“ is a documentary about the planed demolition and replacement of the Sternbrücke in Hamburg-Altona and the consequences for this part of the city and the local culture. The Film follows the events and developments since the initial presentation of new bridge. It includes over 20 interviews with experts in many different fields of expertise, including culture, science, politics, aswell as representatives of local institutions. Among others: Club owners Marco Francke and Stefanie Rettinger, film maker Fatih Akin, BDA chair Daniel Kinz, mobility scientist Dr. Philline Gaffron (TUHH), editor & industrial archeologist Sven Badua, representatives of local civics groups, aswell as some political actors.
