AVALER is a short movie taking place at the end of summer in a seemingly calm Parisian bourgeois apartment, a few of days before September starts. Alexandra, a young mom, interrupts her daily busy life to lunch with her mum, Françoise, recently injured, and Pauline, her young daughter. Gathering three generations of women under one roof AVALER is the story of the filial feelings that intertwine, connect and separate, Francoise, Alexandra and Pauline and make them only exist in the trap of the other one.
