Kurzinhalt
Christmas Eve 1981, during the martial law period in Poland. The family of 14-year-old Marta is preparing the Christmas celebrations. Suddenly, there is an electricity blackout in the house. Marta takes advantage of the confusion, finds her father’s cigarettes and destroys them, out of worry for his health. When the truth comes to light Marta is forced to go buy another pack of cigarettes in town. The night expedition brings her experiences that will change her personality - she will never be the same again.
