Kurzinhalt

Myriad is a cross media project that allows to understand the Earth as an interdependent global system through the raw beauty of Animal Migration: one of the biggest adventures on earth.
On their long journey migrating animals follow the wind and current. They cross wide oceans and high mountains. Just to survive.

By following the adventurous journey and overcoming the obstacles that they face, the audience sees the world through their eyes, and understands the change of the certain environments.
Their stories of their individual journeys allow us to see the world as it is: a global interdependent system of life, a shared world without borders. A world we are all part of.

The complex interactions on our planet between humans, animals and the environment, but also burning ecological problems can be experienced directly.

Myriad bridges art, technology and science to change perception and allows the audience to project themselves into a possible future. It inspires a narrative of hope and positive change, encouraging a transformative understanding of our planet’s reality.

All scientific content in the storytelling is based on facts. ICARUS project, for example, is a global collaboration among scientists with the shared goal of establishing a satellite-based infrastructure that can expand our ability to observe and collect data on migrating animals.
