One day Jonah suddenly left his family. He gave no explanation and no goodbye, only a telephone number that redirected to an answering machine. Via a tin-can-phone with an extraordinarily long string, Jonah listens to his family’s deteriorating messages as he floats above Earth in his homemade spaceship. As he drifts deeper in to an abyss of paper planets and cardboard comets, his connections to time, reality and home all fall prey to the vacuum of space. The signal from Earth is fading and his memories are blurring into obscurity. Only home can save him now. But in an environment without inertia, homesickness must be vicariously enjoyed. Is it too late for Jonah?
