Three friends - Maya, Josh and Greg - take part in a film competition. Their task is to shoot five films in five different regions of Britain. In London they make a film about a rickshaw driver, at the Cornish coast Greg learns how to surf, and in Wales the three encounter ghosts in a haunted castle. In Manchester they learn about life in an Asian community and in Scotland they uncover a mystery about a farmer who has been messing around with the people in his village.
