Aboud, a Syrian refugee, faces imminent deportation from Germany, a country he hoped would be his new home. His dreams of safety and stability are shattered as the bureaucratic machinery moves against him. Desperate and out of options, Aboud's plight seems hopeless until he crosses paths with a compassionate German priest couple, Johannes and Beate.
