The body of a deceased drug addict is found in the "Klybeck" district of Basel, Switzerland. The man's sad fate seems to be figured out pretty quickly and the case is supposed to be closed just as quickly. But the diligent police officer Özlem Akar is digging deeper and discovering entanglements that even she didn't expect.
