Anna, Berni, Ulrike und Jakob. Alle wohnen und arbeiten auf Ottos Hof. Der eine weil er muss, der andere weil er nicht anders kann und mancher sogar freiwillig. Als Ulrikes Geburtstagstasse zerbricht geht ein Riss durch die Gemeinschaft. Immerhin: das selbstgebaute Teleskop hat seinen Dienst erwiesen.

Otto and Ulrike are running a biological farm employing a group of handicapped. Also Jakob, who passes his social integration from youth prison, is working there. Things add up to an excessive demand for Otto, who soon is hardly able to manage all his tasks. When Ulrikes coffee cup breaks on the kitchen floor, something dark breaks loose.
