Ersatzmusik

The film takes place in a reality without "free music". Under state control, the production and distribution of music has been forbidden since 18th September 2011, whether in nightclubs, on the radio or records and tapes. There is only the state-ordered "replacement music". This replacement music is nothing more than
an unmusical blending of tones which only appears as music to the brainwashed public. For the state ´replacement music´ is a tool used to stop the emotional growth of the public.
