Le Boeuf Sur Le Toit is an experimental feature that deals with disparate narratives in Johannesburg, Helsinki, Vienna, and New York. The result is a kaleidoscopic snapshot of urban spaces – walking through cities, taking ferries, riding trains, having an escapist picnic – which manipulates the viewers' sense of place. The geographic disorientation is further heightened by voice-overs in multiple languages, but everything is held seamlessly together by the familiarity of day-to-day life.
