Substantia Nigra is a 15 min. short film (genre: psychological thriller) that deals with one man's struggle between atheism and Catholicism. The film also addresses Parkinson's disease and critiques the over-use of medication and its adverse effects on the patient such as distorted perception of reality.
This short film is a convergent media project combining various visual media to create a highly stylized and gripping visual narrative. It will be a new and challenging experience for the actors.
